This guarantee represents more than just a financial safety net – it is a public statement of our accountability, our commitment to precision, and our belief that authentication should carry measurable value.
If our continuous post-authentication quality controls flag a potential discrepancy in a previously issued result, Vaultik will proactively initiate a re-evaluation at no cost to you. If, after this review, the result does not confirm the original determination, the Financial Guarantee applies.
If you believe the authentication outcome was incorrect, you may formally submit a dispute. Once approved, we will re-examine the item using both human expertise and AI-assisted analysis. If the new conclusion differs from the original, the Financial Guarantee applies.

Processing timeline:
We aim to complete disputes within 20 business days from receiving the item and all required documentation.
The item is returned to you; the dispute fee is not refunded.
The Guarantee payment is issued; the dispute fee is refunded. In cases where an item is determined to be counterfeit, Vaultik reserves the right to retain it for compliance, training, and anti-fraud purposes.
